CURRENT PROJECTS 

Fulton Neighborhood is a 70 home subdivision designed and developed by Alka Construction. Serving as both the builder and developer, it allowed Alka to create a cohesive community where every home was designed to maximize the features of each lot, while also keeping in mind the aesthetic of the overall neighborhood. The result is a beautiful community with idyllic streetscapes, with unique "lowcountry modern" homes.  The first phase of Fulton, built by Alka, consists of 30 custom homes.  Homes have raised slab foundations, metal roofs, bright open floor plans, private fenced in backyards with lush landscaping.
